What do Mya Assistants VAs do?
General Admin & Virtual Assistant
Get help organizing and storing information, handling customer inquiries by phone or email, scheduling meetings, making hotel reservations, managing your calendar and appointments, etc
Data Entry/Analysis
Keep the database or system up to date by entering new and updated customer and account information, creating spreadsheets to analyze data, cross-checking information with source documents at different stages of the business process, research, etc.
Travel Planning
Plan travel itineraries with detailed transfers. Make travel reservations and arrangements for the Executive. Manage all related documents and processing. Maintain and manage a travel expense sheet and submit a report.
Outbound Calling
Reach out to customers who have questions or complaints regarding their account, shopping experience, or product usage. By deploying scripts during the call, they are able to help customers make payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Email Management
Prioritize emails according to urgency and relevance, dealing with them as quickly and professionally as possible. Perform excellent organizational skills, allowing leaders to sort incoming messages into relevant categories and keep track of any related conversations. Provide support with Email Marketing strategies, calendar management, appointment setter, label creation, etc.
Spa-Eng Translators
Read the given material and research industry-specific terminology. Convert text and audio recordings. Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone. Prepare subtitles for videos and online presentations. Phone interpretation services during online calls for healthcare providers, lawyers, team building, product presentation, etc.
